different. 8766 in the initial bond strength with high peel

1, Dilution Reference: The suitable solvent is ethyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl
ketone, the moisture content of not more than 300ppm; disable the
aromatic and alcohol solvent.
2, Mixing Way: Put the certain solvent into component A to reach required solid
content, then put curing agent component B into mixed diluted
component B. Stir to even.

4, Coating: 8766 adhesive suit for dry composite device with smooth or concave
roller. Suggest many time tests before mass production, to make
sure suit network roller.
5, Coating Amount: it accords to compositing situation between plastic file and
aluminum foil, and the final purpose of the film. Coating Amount of
adhesive could be managed from 2.0-3.8g/m2 (dry adhesive), adjust
coating amount for printed film is required, usually 0.5-1.0g/m2
more than the film unprinted.
6, Drying: Composite equipment should have good air volume, wind speed, wind
pressure and proper temperature, to avoid residual solvent,
stripping fault. Set the temperature generally follow the principle
of 55 ℃ -65 ℃, 65 ℃ -75℃, 70 ℃ -85 ℃. According to the performance,
product processing technology of composite raw materials, adjusting
the temperature of oven.
7, Press Adjustment: properly increasing compositing temperature and line pressure can
improve the adhesion and surface finish degree of composited film.
8, Curing: it could be cut after complete curing within 24hours in 40℃-50℃,
and made to bag should be extend curing time. Ordinary products
curing at room temperature, curing time need 2-5 days. For
packaging purposes suggested boiled 50-55 ℃ for curing 48 hours;
for more than 100 ℃ steam use recommended 50-55℃ for curing 72
9, Adhesive film properties: completely cured 8766 polyurethane film is transparent, no odor,
elasticity and aging resistance.
10, Adhesion properties test data: In a variety of plastic / plastic exhibit excellent adhesion to
composite products in the process of boiling.
