Gulf Spill 2010

Faith and the Oil Spill

God's Creation and communities in the Gulf Coast are defined by the irreplacable beauty of wetlands, the bayou, abundant marine life and abundant energy resources. The oil spill in 2010 is one example of the challenges communities and creation face when we fail to be mindful of our actions . Faith communities have been front and center in the healing, recovery, and restoration of God's lands and communities in the Gulf Coast.
