March is Climate Month!
March is Climate Action Month at the National Council of Churches
Join us and work for climate justice!
On March 27th, the National Council of Churches will be hosting candle light vigils all over the country calling on our congressional members to take action and work for climate justice.
You and your community should join us in this effort to prevent catastrophic climate change and protect those living in poverty from the devastating impacts climate change will inevitably create. As Christians, we are called to work for justice and stewardship, and yet climate change threatens both the well being of the vulnerable around the world as well as God’s creation.
So, gather your friends, family, and members from your congregation and join others around the country in working to address climate change – the moral issue of our time.
