Matthew 5: 14-16 tells us, "You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid. No one after lighting a lamp puts it under a bushel basket, but on the lamp stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven." Sharing your actions and commitments to care for Creation with a friend might inspire them to do the same. Imagine how much global warming pollution we could keep out of God's Creation if the carbon reductions you have achieved, or plan to achieve, through this campaign are multiplied by the carbon reductions of just five friends!
