Massachusetts Churches St. Matthew's Church partnered with the Action Recreation Department to host the 3rd Annual Earth Day At Central Congregational Church (UCC) hosted an Earthy Day worship service, focusing on the theme of "Think Globally, Act Locally". The Massachusetts Council of Churches created a theology document named: “A Call to Protect Health and Community: A Christian Response to the Health Effects of Environmental Racism” in the fall of 2006.
