Thanking and praising God for the beauty of God's creation is an essential part of our ongoing faith journey and worship experience and each year we dedicate one Sunday for creation stewardship and the Earth Day celebration. The emphasis for 2005 is on God's sacred oceans and seas. Basics on Oceans and Seas

The oceans, teeming with sea life, vibrant coral communities, and vast beauty, are part of God’s treasured creation. When God created the oceans, God declared them “good.” We receive the oceans’ bounty on our tables and experience the ocean’s beauty as we participate in recreational activities.
